Brother Fayed is the apparent leader of the terror group The Brotherhood. His origins are of a mystery, but he has been deemed to be the man responsible behind the coup d'etat in Tarastan as well as strings of terror attacks all over the world.
Biography
Days after the economic collapse, Fayed made his first appearance after the Ambokh Riot in the restive Tarastani capital. After President Mukhammat fled Tarastan, Brother Fayed apparently led the shadowy militants calling themselves "The Brotherhood" and took control by installing the Brotherhood Council.

He was presumed killed in action after a joint strike force consisting of EU and President Mukhammat's Loyalists recaptured the capital within 24 hours. His body was found among the ruins of one of the buildings near the Presidential Palace. However, later that night a video showing Fayed himself, alive and unharmed, appeared where he vowed swift vengeance.
"I salute you for your victory tonight. But I have to inform you that neither the old regime nor the Western imperialists can hinder the Brotherhood and our cause. You merely postponed the days of reckoning. We are everywhere and no imperialist armies will stand before us until we are free. You can't stop the end."
Several hours after the video was uploaded, a coordinated attack by Brotherhood splinter cells, Al Brotherhood and Brotherhood State, defeated the coalition forces and pushed them out of the capital.
The well-executed maneuvers and coordination of the splinter cell suggested that Brother Fayed was alive and commanding the terror network from another undisclosed location. It is believed that Fayed had fled the capital during the siege, or that he was never in Ambokh all those times. Another theory is that Brother Fayed is not an individual, but a title to the leader of the Brotherhood and he was indeed killed and was replaced by the next person in command, hence explaining his reappearance.

Brother Fayed reappeared in another online video declaring that the Brotherhood will 'liberate' Malaysia from chaos. Clearly taking advantage of the power vacuum, he boldly informs how the foreign powers do no care for the country and the Brotherhood will deliver order where the imperialists have failed. He is never seen in-game but it is suggested that his commanding officers Brother Jules and Brother Mikhail represent him and lead the terror cell on his behalf.

It is unknown why Brother Fayed decided to 'help' the country, but it is believed that it has something to do with obtaining resources to fund the terror group's cause. Caution is advised if you are approached by Fayed's forces or himself.
